We're so excited to be celebrating our wedding at Fattoria Mansi Bernardini — a 500-year-old olive estate tucked into the Tuscan hills just above the medieval city of Lucca — where we'll be celebrating our wedding and hosting all events for the weekend.
Accommodations
We recommend staying in the town of Lucca, just 15 minutes from the villa. We have a few recommendations for places to stay below — if you'd like help finding other accommodations, don't hesitate to reach out and we'd be happy to help.
Lucca is a wonderful base for the weekend. Florence is about 45 minutes away by car and Pisa just 20 minutes, so there's no shortage of places to explore. Here’s a few hotel options:
Hotel Ilaria sits within Lucca's ancient walls, a graceful retreat in the heart of the historic center where old-world character meets modern comfort.
A meticulously preserved 18th-century palazzo, renovated by the Tucci family and still in their hands today — its frescoed ceilings and gilded interiors unchanged since the 1700s.
Joining Us at the Villa
You are warmly welcome at the villa throughout the weekend — come and go as you please. We do ask that you plan to be on-site for the scheduled events. Visit our schedule of events page for the full weekend program.
Getting Here
Please note Uber is not reliable, taxis are available, but can be scarce in the evening.
We recommend renting a car for the weekend — it makes getting to and from the villa easy, and gives you the freedom to explore the countryside between events. Parking is available on-site. On the day of the ceremony, we will be providing a shuttle from Lucca; details will be shared closer to the date.
